Lindsay is meticulous, thorough, timely, while also making everyone feel comfortable and making sure they are having fun. She goes above and beyond for her clients and thinks about so many small things that can slip through your mind on such a busy and emotional day. So many of my guests & bridal party commented on my relaxed attitude throughout the day & I owe it all to her because she handled everything and didn't miss a beat.

Lindsay was instrumental in making our big day a success! She understood what we wanted and fought for us to make sure the venue delivered what they had promised! Both Lindsay and her assistant, Ashlee, were fantastic throughout the entire day, juggling not only the typical wedding components like getting ready in the bridal suite, keeping us on time for photos, and packing up items at the end of the night, but also making sure our Chinese tea ceremony ran smoothly and ahead of schedule. When the timing of events during our reception ran a bit over, Lindsay was quick on her feet and seamlessly made some tweaks to keep the party going! The amount of times we said “I’m so glad we hired Lindsay” before, during and after our wedding was too many to count. Lindsay was one of the first vendors I hired, and it was probably the best decision I made. She is ON IT. You need anything? She’s got it. She’s 10 steps ahead of you in literally any scenario. As I said to my husband the day after our wedding, the best money we spent in our wedding budget, hands down. We hired So Many Hearts for day-of coordination, but Lindsay and team worked with us early on to understand our plans, ensure that everything was on track and smooth out any wrinkles. Lindsay had helpful ideas that we hadn’t thought about and her expertise was evident from our first call.
Day-of we worked with Nicole and Lindsay K., and it’s clear how on-point and detail-oriented the entire So Many Hearts team is - we didn’t feel anything from the transition of planning with Lindsay A. to working day of with her team. Nicole kept 28 people on time to make the Staten Island Ferry so we could get photos en route to our ceremony. If that’s not a five-star feat I’m not sure what is. As soon as we booked our wedding venue, Lindsay was the very first person we hired! I am a planner by nature and a bit of a control freak, so I knew I would need to hand the reins over to a day-of coordinator so that I could relax and enjoy my own wedding day. I could not be happier with this choice. Lindsay was AMAZING, handling all the details of the day seamlessly and making sure I didn’t have to stress about anything. From having “just-in-case” lash glue in her bag when the makeup artist forgot to bring some, to helping coordinate a performance by a surprise Bulgarian bagpiper who only contacted her the day before the wedding letting her know my mother-in-law had secretly booked him, Lindsay was truly ready for anything.
