Day of Wedding Coordination  

This package might be best for a couple who has done all the planning and is ready to hand everything over so that they can enjoy their wedding day to the fullest! Let me work all the logistics and handle the bumps in the road, and you can be guests at your wedding!

• Unlimited email correspondence from time of booking regarding Wedding Day logistics

• Unlimited calls by appointment

• Coordinate day-of timeline

• Point of contact for all vendors and guests

• Confirmations with your team of vendors

• Coordinate and run ceremony rehearsal

• Assist with getting ready / wedding morning set up

• Ceremony and reception décor set up

• Will always plan and execute a “Plan B”

• On-site coordination of your Wedding Day from start to finish

 

Month of Wedding Coordination 

Need some extra help during the final countdown?  Services in this package might be best for the couple who wants full coordination, and also a little back up in the 30 days before the big one.

• Includes all Day Of Wedding Coordination package

• Attend final details meetings with all vendors, including venue, florist, musicians, etc.

• Pack and inventory items for ceremony and venue

• Coordinate delivery of items to ceremony and venue

• Assist in any “last minute” projects

 

Full Service Wedding Planning  

Not sure how to get from “Will you marry me?” to “I do”? Let me help you every step of the way. I’ll do the research, you make the selections. This service would include everything in the  day-of and month-of coordination packages, as well as:

• Budget creation and management

• Regularly scheduled check-ins, in person and/or on the phone

• Wedding design

 

Wedding Consultation 

If you’re not ready to book full services, but want to bounce some ideas or ask advice about anything wedding related, we can set up a consultation. We can meet in person or schedule a call. Want to know how possible a DIY project is, how to address your invitations, or how much liquor to buy for cocktail hour? I’ll get you all the info you need.

 

A Little Bit Extra 

Sometimes you just need a little more support. Anything you need can be added on to your day-of or month-of coordination packages. This might include:

• Budget creation and management

• Writing your ceremony

• Writing or managing your invitations and RSVPs

• DIY Projects

• Creating welcome bags or favors

• Arranging travel for friends and family
